    inscription: ‘By permission of the Thornton-Pickard Co., Ltd. This photograph required an exposure of one hour, and was taken wit a Thornton-Pickard Ruby camera. The very high roof made it a difficult subject, but it was overcome by having a rising front of the camera.’
