Explanatory note

  • De Kiosk van Trajanus is in de jaren 1960 door UNESCO verplaatst naar Agilkia, Egypte voor conserveringsdoeleinden. De stijgende waterspiegel van de Nijl dreigde het monument onherstelbaar te beschadigen.
