Façade of a garden pavilion

Only the front of this garden pavillion is original. Until 1908 it stood in a garden along the Spaarne River in the vicinity of Haarlem. The remaining new walls were added, and supplemented with all kinds of stone reliefs when the façade was placed in the Rijksmuseum’s garden.

    Zandstenen facade van een tuinkoepel in Lodewijk XV-stijl. Het bestaat uit drie raamkozijnen en de muurbekleding. Afkomstig van een lokatie aan het Spaarne, nabij Haarlem.
