Etui voor een notitie-boekje van goud en email. Aan de voorzijde een man en een meisje op een geëmailleerd ovale plaatje. Op de andere zijde een ovaal met haren erin en omgeven door bloemen en 2 doorboorde harten. Inhoud: een plaatje van ivoor.
