Man Ray, 1931

Man Ray is considered one of the most inventive and influential photographers of the 20th century. In addition to independent work, he took numerous photographs on commission, primarily portraits, and fashion and advertising shots. In 1931 he made a portfolio of ten photographs for the Paris electric company CPDE, propagating the use of electric appliances in the household.
