Een oorspronkelijke Amerikaan wijst naar groep rond een kampvuur in een dal, achter hem ligt een geweer. De witte man leunt op een geweer. Rechts staat nog een oorspronkelijke Amerikaan met speer. Scène uit een verhaal van James Fenimore Cooper of Gustave Aimard.
