Ronde kartonnen doos met goudkleurige randen. Op de deksel staat gedekt door een koningskroon: 'KONINKLIJKE UTRECHTSCHE Fabriek van ZIlverwerken van C.J. BEGEER Oudegracht E17 UTRECHT Hofleverancier van Wijlen Z.M. den Koning, H.M. de Koningin, H.M. de Koningin-Moeder, Z.K.H. den Prins der Nederlanden, Hertog van Mecklenburg.
