Straatverkoper met draagblad (luciferverkoper?) wordt door twee agenten, aan iedere kant één, weggestuurd. Links staan een man en een vrouw te kijken. Op een apart strookje papier staat een begeleidende tekst met de woorden van de agenten. Pendant van de tekening: De politie tegen de rijke.
