De heilige Cecilia staat in extase in een landschap, omgeven door de heilige Paulus, Johannes de Evangelist, de heilige Augustinus en Maria Magdalena. Aan de voeten van de heilige Cecilia liggen muziekinstrumenten. In haar handen houdt zij een portatief orgel. Ze luistert naar zingende engelen op wolken.
