Cubic Cosmic City

William Graatsma, 1972

The work of Slothouber and Graatsma lies somewhere between graphic design and visual arts. In the first of these eight isometric projections of a sphere, the three primary subtractive colours are used: cyan, magenta and yellow. In the second sphere, the secondary subtractive colours are used: blue, green and red. In the six other spheres, combinations of primary and secondary colours are used.
