Een gezelschap in de tuin van een statig huis. Links staat een jong elegant paar, hand in hand. Rechts twee zittende heren aan een tafel en een jongere man die voorover buigt. Links de ingang naar een kelder waar houten vaten zijn opgeborgen. Op de tuinmuur (of onderdeel van een fontein erachter) een standbeeld van een naakte vrouw die water uitgiet. Op de voorgrond twee getrimde hondjes.
