Op een cilindervormige basis, waarop roofvogels, schildpadden, kreeften en hagedissen zijn aangebracht, staat een voetstuk, waarvan de drie zijden worden gevormd door een cartouche, waarop het Medici-wapen. Deze cartouches worden gescheiden door drie steunberen in de vorm van zware voluten, die onderling verbonden zijn door guirlandes. Onder elke voluut een masceron.
