    Fles van paars glas met ingestoken ziel. Bolvormig lichaam, overgaande in een slanke hals, die aan de bovenzijde voorzien is van een ring. Op het lichaam is in Italiaanse schrift gecalligrafeerd 'Misbruik van wyn.is Ziel-fenijn.'. Op de bodem rond het pontilmerk 'Willem Van Heemskerk.AE 73 3 Ao 1686'. 4
