  • Description

    Beker van glas met een montuur van verguld zilver en draad-email. De cilindervormige beker heeft een concaaf conische voet op een cilindrische rand, gedragen door drie poten. De voet is door middel van drie verticale banden verbonden met de concaaf conische mondrand. De poten hebben de vorm van zittende leeuwen. De rand onder de voet is versierd met opengewerkte bloemranken; de voet met bloemranken in draad-email tussen twee geribbelde randen. Hierin zijn drie schilden opgenomen met spreuken in het Neder-Duits: 1: DRINKE . EN . NIMAN . BRINGE . ; 2: GELUCK . ES . MIN . IC . MAG . VEL. ; 3: SINE . IC . MOET . UT. De bovenrand van de voet is afgezet met Franse lelies. De drie banden tussen voet en mondrand zijn versierd met gouden bloemranken tegen een zwart geëmailleerd fond. De gladde mondrand is aan de onderzijde afgezet met een geribbelde rand en afhangende Franse lelies. Het glas is versierd met mat slijpwerk met bloemtakken en insecten.
