Explanatory note

  • Kopie in spiegelbeeld naar prent van Marcantonio Raimondi. De anonieme prentmaker wijzigde details, hij plaatste de heilige in een nis en veranderde de plooival en de stand van het hoofd. Raimondi vervaardigde de serie van dertien kleine prenten van Christus en de apostelen naar ontwerp van Raphael.
