Karikatuur op het nationaalsocialisme. Een tank met een reusachtige, als soldaat vermomde adelaar. In de hand van de adelaar Hitler, op de schouder een duivel en in de schoot een legerofficier. Naast de rupsbanden een stoet van mensen die worden geslagen door enkele soldaten.
