Aanleg van het Viaur Viaduct in Frankrijk door de Societé de Construction des Battignolles, 4 oktober 1901

anonymous, 1901-10-04

The Viaur Viaduct took seven years to build, from 1895 to 1902. Its progress was recorded every few months by a possibly local photographer. He must have carried out daredevil feats in the mountainous region in order to take good pictures of the bridge and its parts. In their time, these modernistic photographs were nothing more than helpful tools for the architects.
