The Rijksmuseum’s impact on Dutch society is considerable: it connects people with art and history, nurtures a nuanced understanding of the world, and deepens our sense of beauty and of time.

We developed this Impact Monitor to shed light not only on our societal impact, but also on our environmental and economic impact. This edition focuses on the years 2023 and 2024.
