Deksel van ronde dekselpot van porselein, beschilderd in onderglazuur blauw. Op de deksel gelukssymbolen (horens, munten). Langs de rand een band met meanderpatroon. Dekselknop in de vorm van een bamboetak. Blauw-wit Hirado.
