Explanatory note

  • Trinquesse heeft een groot aantal studies in rood krijt getekend van modieus geklede jonge vrouwen ten voeten uit. Voor deze tekeningen poseerden drie verschillende modellen, die allen met name bekend zijn. Volgens Cailleux zou de tekening Louise-Charlotte Marini voorstellen.
