Gevelontwerp voor een schouwburg in classicistische stijl. De gehele breedte van het met een verhoogd fronton bekroonde middendeel wordt op straathoogte ingenomen door een Dorische colonnade, op welker zuilen de colonnetten ter weerszijden van de ramen op de eerste verdieping steunen. Daarboven halfronde vensters.
