      Mrs. Loma Joe, who was taken into custody in Los Angeles yesterday as the wife of ''Clifton E. Joe'', arrested, earlier in the day, and believed to be Ed Davis, notorious gangster wanted for participation in thje Kasas City Machine massacre of five officers last june. The woman admitted her husband was in Kansas City at the time of the killings, according to news accouits.
