Portret van een onbekende oude man. Zittend, ten halven lijve, met een grote witte halskraag en met de handen gevouwen in de schoot, handschoenen in de linkerhand. Wellicht kan de geportretteerde geïdentificeerd worden als Arend Jacobsz van der Graeff.
