Model van een koelzeil. Het bovenste stuk bestaat uit een hoepel met doek bekleed en een opening voor de invoer van de lucht. Dit voorwerp is zonder nummer gevonden en de identificatie blijft onzeker. In de overdrachtspapieren van 1889 is enkel sprake van een ‘koelzeil’. Het komt overeen met de twee andere modellen van koelzeilen in de collectie, maar het lijkt zeer incompleet.

Entry

Model of a windsail.

The top section consist of a hoop covered with cloth and an entrance for fresh air.

The model was found without a catalogue number and its identification remains uncertain. In the transfer papers only a ‘windsail’ is mentioned. It is very similar to two other models of windsails (NG-MC-570 and NG-MC-1231), but it looks rather incomplete.
