Smeedijzeren achterlader op mik, incompleet. De loop heeft een trompetvormige monding, twee banden, een eivormig tappenstuk, het open kamergedeelte met gleuf onderin, en een holle staart waaraan een ketting hangt. Smeedijzeren ladingkamer met toelopende nek en een handvat; de kamer heeft een kaliber van 2.9 cm. De wig ontbreekt. Ook de mik is van smeedijzer.

Entry

Wrought iron breech-loading gun in a yoke, incomplete.

It has a bell-shaped round muzzle, two hoops, a trunnion band, a collar, a shouldered miche with drainage slot and a hollow tiller, from which a chain is hung. The gun has a forged chamber with tapered neck and a handle. The cylinder has a 2.9 cm calibre. The wedge is missing. The yoke is also forged.

This gun was captured on the Slakkow River in Borneo in July 1853, by the Dutch paddle steamer Celebes.
