Model van een ezelshoofd bestaande uit vier delen: het blok rustend op de mast met vier ogen onderaan, het kalf dat de steng opsluit en twee zijstukken. Tussen de zijstukken en het hoofdblok zijn uitsparingen voor in totaal vier schijven voor de stengewindrepen, die de stengewindreepblokken vervangen.

Wooden construction model of a mast cap consisting of four parts: the part on the head of the mast with four eyes underneath, the chock securing the topmast and two side pieces. There are grooves in between the side pieces and the main body for the placement of a total of four sheaves for the top ropes, thereby replacing the top blocks.1J.M.
