Het met de sjablonen gevormde voorwerp bestaat uit de eigenlijke klok van het zogenaamde gotische model en de kroon. Deze wordt gevormd door zes armen, die aansluiten op de beugel in het midden. De klok is versierd met telkens drie sierringen op de schouder en op de faussure en met telkens twee sierringen om het fries in de bovenflank, waarop in gotische minuskels het volgende opschrift is aangebracht: in die eer goeds ende sinte peter bin ic ghemaect m cccc liii // butendiic ende sloterdiic fecit.
