Gepolychromeerd mallenmodel (stuurboord) van een driemaster met als enige versiering gekrulde gillingen, in slechte staat. Zes en dertig geschutpoorten verdeeld over drie dekken. De huid van de twee geschutdekken is gesloten; halfdek en bakdek zijn aangegeven door gillingen. Gewrongen spiegel, hol wulf, geen hek, zijgalerij of roer. Naar achteren oplopende zeeg twee berghouten en reehout. Rond onderwaterschip. Het onderbreken van berghouten en reehout door de poorten wijst op een wat ouder ontwerp.

Entry

Polychromed wooden half bracket model of the starboard side of a three-masted ship, mounted on a rectangular wooden backboard, painted blue.

The side of the ship is depicted by ribbands attached to frame moulds. Thirty-six recessed, red gun ports are indicated in three tiers. The intended positions of the guns on the forecastle are recessed into the backboard. The hances of the forecastle and quarterdeck end in volutes. The sheer rises towards the stern. Two wales and the sheer rail are indicated, all are painted black. Both wales are interrupted by gun ports. The bow features only a stempost, a beakhead bulkhead, part of the beakhead platform and a black knighthead. The stern has a round tuck and a hollow counter. The model does not have a taffrail, quarter galleries or a rudder. The keel ends in a skeg. The hull is round and painted white below the waterline. The position of three masts and the bowsprit is shown in a truncated form.

The interruption of the wales by gun ports suggests a fairly early design and probably dates the model to the second half of the eighteenth century.
