Coninsche koffiekan van porselein met het c-vormige oor en de s-vormige tuit haaks op elkaar, beschilderd in onderglazuur blauw. Op de wand verschillende lotusplanten. De rand met servetwerk onderbroken door cartouches met een bloemtak. Op het oor en de geribde tuit een bloemtak. Blauw-wit.
