    Gewelfde voet. Stam met gefacetteerde knop. Klokvormige cuppa, onderste deel gefacetteerd. Op de kelk de voorstelling van een kraamkamer. Langs de mondrand het opschrift: HET WELVAAREN VAN DE KRAAMVROUW, EN KINTIE. Deksel gewelfd met gefacetteerde knopen.
