Rond bord van veelkleurig beschilderde majolica, met een verdiept plat. Op het plat is een portret van een jongevrouw geschilderd. Achter haar een banderolle met het opschrift: IVLI IA en het jaartal 1540. Op de rand is een zich herhalend arabeskenachtig rankenpatroon geschilderd. Het bord is beschilderd in blauw en groen en rood en goudluster. Het bord is gemerkt.
