Ovale plaquette van koper, gedecoreerd met een vrouwenportret in email. De vrouw met blauwe ogen en bruin haar, draagt een oorbel en een grote broche in het haar. Het portret is weergegeven tegen een blauwe achtergrond. De vergbulde lijst heeft bovenaan een schelpvorm en bevat vier ronde inzetten met email.
