Doos van verguld zilver met een geëmailleerd deksel. De doos is ovaal met verticale, holle geledingen op de hoeken en bolle uiteinden en een vlakke voor- en achterkant. Het gewelfde deksel is geheel geëmailleerd met gouden olympische Goden in reliëf. Gemerkt. Met sleutel.
