Het echtpaar Margarieta van Bancken en Abraham Casteleyn, oprichter van de Haerlemse Courant, bestierde de stadsdrukkerij In de Blije Druck. De boeken, atlas en wereldbol verwijzen naar hun beroep en kennis. Na Abrahams overlijden zette Margarieta de drukkerij voort en nam ze de bestuurlijke en financiële taken over. Het borstbeeld op de achtergrond toont de Haarlemmer L.J. Coster, die lang werd beschouwd als de uitvinder van de boekdrukkunst.
