Links een gezicht op de schoener Willem Barentsz, terwijl deze voor anker ligt in Hammerfest. Rechts scheepshond Sailor met een bemanningslid. Blad 43 verso en blad 44 recto uit een schetsboek met 110 bladen betekend tijdens de expeditie naar Nova Zembla in 1880.
