Three of the five mast caps that were removed from the model of the 40-gun Dutch East Indiaman Vergelijking (NG-MC-658).1J.M. Obreen, Catalogus der verzameling modellen van het Departement van Marine, The Hague 1858, no. 174. The other two mast caps are lost.

They are all of an eighteenth-century design with a rounded upper side and are all painted black.
