Description

Plattegrond van het Franse fort Château Trompette aan de Garonne. Onderdeel van het zevende deel (1696) van het prentwerk waarin gebundeld zijn de acht delen van Les forces de l'Europe uitgegeven tussen 1693-1697. Het prentwerk bestaat uit 175 platen met plannen (afkomstig van Sébastien Le Prestre, Seigneur de Vauban) van vermaarde sterke steden en vestingen in de Negenjarige Oorlog. Titel en opschriften in het Frans.
