Framed black-and-white print of a double three-cylinder diagonal steam engine, viewed from the back and placed in a cross section of the hull of a ship. Parts of both sides are seen in cross section.

The print shows a steam engine of a design by the French naval architect Henri Dupuy de Lôme (1816-1885).
