Koolrapen worden op een shovel naar de fabriek van Universal Dehydrates B.V. in Elburg gebracht. Dit vol-continubedrijf, zeven dagen per week, droogt allerlei soorten groenten voor o.a. soepfabrikanten. Er werken circa 65 mensen. 13.30 uur
