Polychromed wooden half bracket model of the starboard side of a launch, mounted on a rectangular black, wooden backboard.

The side of the vessel is depicted by ribbands attached to frame moulds, the gunwale is planked and painted a burgundy colour. Ten rowlocks are painted on the gunwale. The model has a pointed bow; the stern has a square tuck with a transom. The stempost is curved, the sternpost is straight. A broad rudder is fitted to the stern. The sheer rises towards both ends. The hull is S-bottomed and painted white below the wale.
