Entry

Polychromed wooden half bracket model of the starboard side of a dinghy, mounted on a rectangular wooden backboard.

The side of the vessel is depicted by ribbands attached to frame moulds, the gunwale is planked. The model has a pointed bow; the stern has a square tuck and a flat transom. The stem is curved, the sternpost is straight and fitted with a broad rudder. The sheer rises towards both ends. One wale is indicated. The hull is round, with a keel that is much broader in the middle than at the ends and painted white below the waterline.
