Entry

Model of a cable seizure, in which a steel cable is pinched between a row of three sheaves on the one side and a row of two on the other. The rows of sheaves can be tightened together or loosened by means of a crank. The cable has a hemp heart strand and a small handle for pulling at one end.

The identification of the model as this catalogue number was derived from a process of elimination only.
