Deksel van ronde dekseldoos van porselein, beschilderd in onderglazuur blauw. Op de zijkant van de deksel doorlopende lotusranken. Op de bovenzijde van de deksel een verhoogd medaillon met daarin een lotustak. Blauw-wit.
