Deksel van ronde doos van porselein met geribde wand, beschilderd in onderglazuur blauw. Op de deksel een medaillon met een bloem en bladeren uitgespaard in een blauwe grond. Twee barsten in de rand van de deksel. Ming porselein in blauw-wit.
