Portret van Jacob Hendricksz. van Swieten (1558-1626), priester te Haarlem. Ten halven lijve, zittend in een stoel naar links. In de handen een boek, op het hoofd een zwart kapje. Linksboven het familiewapen.

• coat of arms, upper left: ‘In rood drie zilveren violen, goud gesnaard met de halzen omlaag. Boven de middelste viool een wassenaar. Helmteken: getraliede afgwende helm met wrong.’
• inscription and date: ‘AEtais. Suae. 67 anno. 1626.’
