Het zogenaamde Boerenverdriet aan het Spui te Amsterdam. Gezicht vanaf het Singel met rechts de Lutherse kerk, over de oude brug een doorkijk naar de toren van het Bagijnhof. Op het water van de gracht varen enkele boten.
