Portret van Charlotte Dorothea, geboren Copcovius (1724-1776), als jonge vrouw met mutsje op het hoofd, parasol in de hand, staand bij een ronde tafel. Zij was de echtgenote van Friedrich Christian Glume, de broer van de kunstenaar. Na diens dood in 1753, een paar jaar nadat de prent was verschenen, hertrouwde zij met zijn andere broer Carl Philipp.
