De heilige Augustinus en heilige Monica staan in een omlijsting met ornamentversiering. Het hart van Augustinus is doorboord met een pijl. Monica houdt een kelk vast met daarin het Christuskind. Bovenin een cirkel met verzoeking van een heilige. Los blad met handgeschreven tekst in zwart en rood.
