    Cassette in boekvorm op 4 ronde, afgeplatte, pootjes. De hoeken hebben zilverbeslag in rococo-motief. Op de deksel vergelijkbaar beslag omgeven door roosjes. Zilverbeslag met schelpmotief, o.a. op de slotplaat. Achterzijde van cassette is geribbeld, als bij een boek. Sleutel ontbreekt.
