Ronde schotel van veelkleurig beschilderde majolica, met een verdiept plat. Op het plat een afbeelding van een naar links gewende jonge vrouw. Links van haar een banderolle met het opschrift: VM BEL MORIRIRE TVTA LA VITA ONORA (Een schone dood eert het gehele leven). Op de rand een schubmotief. De schotel is beschilderd in blauw en goudluster.
